由同济大学副教授刁颖敏等承担的国家自然科学基金资助项目“探索研制新型人工瓣膜的力学基础研究”课题,在1988年10月30日通过专家评审。专家们一致认为,该研究成果所提出的设计和改进人工心瓣的力学原则是合理的,方法是先进的,从而使我国人工心瓣事业从仿造、改进设计发展到生命科学的基础理论和基本方法的研究,为研制我国的优良瓣膜打下了良好基础。此项研究工作促进了医工结合,学术意义和实用意义重大,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
