十六大以来,党的思想理论不断创新,主要基于把握四个实践基础:对经济体制深刻变革的认识和把握;对社会结构深刻变动的认识和把握;对利益格局深刻调整的认识和把握;对思想观念深刻变化的认识和把握。理论创新的成果体现在提出了科学发展观;构建社会主义和谐社会;建设社会主义新农村;建设创新型国家等四个方面。因此,应以这些马克思主义中国化的最新成果武装头脑,推动实践创新。
