杨骚是“左联”中国诗歌会发起人之一,20世纪30年代左翼诗歌的杰出代表。在新诗的拓展和普及深化阶段,杨骚新诗创作对现代诗的发展做出了一定贡献。杨骚早期诗作注重感伤抒情,后期诗作以写实性和思想性见长。杨骚诗歌表现时代主题,用诗意的语言揭露时弊、感悟社会、关注民生,展示了诗人由一个感伤的现代主义诗人升华为一名坚定的左翼斗士的心路历程。广泛多样的诗歌题材、鲜明生动的意象营造、精湛的艺术表现力、丰富的诗歌想象力是杨骚诗歌创作的独特之处。
Yang Sao is one of the initiators of “Leftist” Chinese Poetry and an outstanding representative of the left-wing poems of the 1930s. In the stage of the expansion and deepening of new poetry, Yang Sao’s new poem creation has made some contribution to the development of modern poetry. Yang Sao’s early poems focus on sentimental lyricality, later poems to be realistic and thoughtful. Yang Sao’s poem expresses the theme of the times, exposing the disadvantages with the poetic language, comprehending the society and paying attention to people’s livelihood. It shows the poet’s sublimation from a sentimental modernist poet to a determined left-wing fighter. A wide range of poetry themes, vivid images to create, superb artistic expression, rich imagination of poetry is the unique features of Yang Sao’s poetry.
