目的:探讨健脾解毒活血法组方对脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎模型小鼠胃部炎症的影响。方法:以40只SPF级昆明种小鼠为实验对象,随机取10只作为空白组,剩余30只采用Hp菌液灌胃法建立脾胃湿热型Hp相关性胃炎小鼠模型,造模成功后,将其分为模型组、奥美拉唑钠组和中药组各10只。奥美拉唑钠组灌胃奥美拉唑钠混悬液10mg/kg体质量,中药组灌胃健脾解毒活血方药液18g/kg体质量,模型组灌胃同等量的0.9%氯化钠注射液,均每天1次,连续给药14d。观察各组血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、胃泌素(GAS)以及胃组织Hp的感染情况。结果:模型组小鼠血清IL-1β、GAS的含量较空白组明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);与模型组比较,中药组和奥美拉唑钠组血清IL-1β显著降低(P<0.05),但GAS则无明显差异。模型组小鼠胃组织Hp感染数较空白组明显增加;与模型组比较,中药组和奥美拉唑钠组胃组织Hp感染数显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:健脾解毒活血方对IL-1β及Hp感染数有明显改善作用,但对GAS则没有明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Decoction on gastric inflammation in mice model of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) -related gastritis. Methods: Forty Kunming SPF Kunming mice were randomly selected as experimental group, 10 mice were randomly selected as the blank group, and the remaining 30 mice were treated with H. pylori gavage to establish a mouse model of Hp-related gastritis with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome. Divided into model group, omeprazole sodium group and Chinese medicine group each 10. Omeprazole sodium group omeprazole sodium suspension intragastric administration of 10mg / kg body weight, the Chinese medicine group gavage Jianpijieduhuoxue Fang liquid 18g / kg body weight, the model group by the same amount of orally administered 0.9% chlorination Sodium injection, were once daily, continuous administration 14d. The levels of serum interleukin-1β (IL-1β), gastrin (GAS) and gastric Hp infection were observed. Results: The levels of IL-1β and GAS in model group were significantly higher than those in blank group (P <0.01, P <0.05). Compared with model group, serum IL-1β in Chinese medicine group and omeprazole sodium group was significantly lower (P <0.05), but GAS had no significant difference. Compared with the model group, the number of Hp infection in the gastric tissue of the model group was significantly increased compared with the blank group; the Hp infection rate in the gastric tissue of the Chinese herbal medicine group and the omeprazole sodium group was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Recipe can significantly improve the number of IL-1β and Hp infection, but has no obvious effect on GAS.
