目的研究KCNJ11和KCNQ1基因多态位点与中国人2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术检测T2DM患者(A组,922例)和正常糖耐量者(B组,925例)KCNJ11基因rs5219位点及KCNQ1基因rs2237892位点的基因型和等位基因频率。结果两组间KCNJ11基因rs5219位点等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而KCNQ1基因rs2237892位点等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 KCNQ1基因与中国人T2DM相关。
Objective To investigate the association between KCNJ11 and KCNQ1 polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Chinese. Methods The genotypes and alleles of KCNJ11 rs5219 and KCNQ1 rs2237892 in patients with T2DM (group A, 922) and normal glucose tolerance (group B, 925) were detected by matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization time of flight mass spectrometry Gene frequency. Results There was no significant difference in allele frequencies of rs5219 in KCNJ11 between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, there was a significant difference in allele frequency between rs2237892 and KCNQ1 (P <0.05). Conclusion KCNQ1 gene is associated with Chinese T2DM.
