从高职院校学生的英语水平和英语教学的实际出发,了解不同用人单位对员工职业英语的需求状况,以科学发展观为指导,通过个案分析、问卷、现场观察、访谈、文献分析等方法,进行资料的归纳、分析与诠释。通过不同用人单位对人才职业英语的不同需求,结合目前高职院校的专业设置和课程设置的实际,本着应需施教、因材施教的主导思想,提出切合实际的英语教学方案,为学生走向工作岗位奠定一定的基础,为高职院校英语教学改革乃至高职教育的可持续发展提供参考依据。
