目的 为观察反应停治疗难治性浆细胞肿瘤的有效性和毒性。方法 共 11例难治性浆细胞肿瘤入选。每晚服用反应停 2 0 0～ 40 0mg。结果 1例因服药未满一月而删除 ,10例中部分缓解 3例 ,进步 3例 ,无效 4例。副作用可以耐受 ,便秘 (7/10 )最常见。结论 30 0～ 40 0mg/日反应停治疗难治性多发性骨髓瘤安全有效
The purpose is to observe the effectiveness and toxicity of refractory plasma cell tumors in response to chemotherapy. Methods A total of 11 refractory plasma cell tumors were enrolled. Take a nightly reaction to stop 200 ~ 40 0mg. Results One case was deleted due to taking medicine within one month. In the 10 cases, 3 cases were partly relieved, 3 cases were improved and 4 cases were ineffective. Side effects can be tolerated, constipation (7/10) is the most common. Conclusion 30 0 ~ 40 0mg / day response to treatment of refractory multiple myeloma safe and effective
