构建和谐社会需要大力建设和谐文化。和谐文化是以差异个性为前提的,发展大学的创新文化需要建设大学的个性文化。应该建设多样化的大学以满足多样化的社会需求。每所大学都应有自己特色的办学目标、办学理念,更加自觉、更加主动地推动文化大发展大繁荣,让文化的力量推动社会的进步。
