资源委员会在抗战期间发展迅猛,它的发展从根本上改变了中国近代以来工业集中于沿海少数几个省市且多为轻工业的不合理的布局和结构,奠定了中国从中古经济走向现代经济的基础。抗战时期国民政府采取的对西方开放的经济政策、当时的国际环境、国内的社会态势以及资源委员会自身的素质都不同程度地推动了资源委员会向前发展的步伐。
The resource committee developed rapidly during the Anti-Japanese War. Its development fundamentally changed the unreasonable layout and structure that industry concentrated in a few coastal provinces and mostly light industries since modern times, and laid the foundation for China to move from the middle-aged economy to the modern economy basis. At the time of the War of Resistance Against Japan, the national policy of opening up to the West, the international environment prevailing at that time, the social situation in China, and the quality of the resource committee itself all promoted the progress of the resource committee to varying degrees.
