ATR和 ATM是 DNA损伤引起的 G2 - M期阻滞的主要信号因子 ,它们通过调节不同的细胞因子在细胞 G2 - M期阻滞中发挥不同的作用 ,并且它们相互作用在诱发细胞凋亡方面也有重要意义。本文着重阐述了近年来报道的有关 ATR和 ATM在 G2 - M期阻滞与凋亡中的作用及相互关系方面的研究进展。
ATR and ATM are the main signal factors of G2 - M arrest induced by DNA damage. They play different roles in the G2 - M arrest of cell cycle by regulating different cytokines, and their interaction in inducing apoptosis Also important. This review focuses on the recent progress in research on the roles and relationships of ATR and ATM in G2 - M arrest and apoptosis.
