温州“个人集资建房”的委托开发商日前拿到政府挂牌出让的地块,5个月后可望动工,将成为全国首例个人集资建房项目。据了解,该项目土地出让金占开发成本70%以上,开发成本价则不到周边商品房市价的一半。
