对乙二醛、环氧氯丙烷、制浆废液和尿素改性制备酚醛树脂的合成工艺及合成产物应用于再生瓦楞原纸的增强进行了研究。在其他合成工艺参数固定的条件下,改变乙二醛、环氧氯丙烷的用量合成出一系列产物,然后,采用表面施胶的方法将合成产物应用于再生瓦楞原纸的增强,通过检测纸张的物理强度来反映合成产物性能。实验结果表明,通过表面施胶将改性的酚醛树脂应用于再生瓦楞原纸的增强,取得一定的效果,这为实现废液的资源化利用提供了一种新途径。
The synthesis process of glyoxal, epichlorohydrin, pulping waste liquid and urea modified phenolic resin and the application of synthetic products to the reinforcement of recycled corrugated paper were studied. A series of products were synthesized by changing the dosage of glyoxal and epichlorohydrin under the condition of other synthetic process parameters being fixed. Then, the product was applied to the enhancement of recycled corrugated paper by surface sizing method, Physical strength to reflect the performance of synthetic products. The experimental results show that the modified phenolic resin can be applied to the reinforcement of recycled corrugated base paper by surface sizing, and achieved certain effect, which provides a new way for the resource utilization of waste liquid.
