对127.5m~3 WEMCO Smart CELL~TM浮选机进行了大量试验,以测定其性能和能量消耗。精确的功耗测定系采用综合平均功率表,可读出提供动力的所有三相电路上的电压和电流值。多次方差和协方差分析显示,转子速度是决定功率消耗的最重要因素,而给矿矿浆浓度影响很小。在大多数情况下,浮选槽中矿浆深度增加可使功耗少量增加,此种效应当转子与导管啮合深度、浮选槽充气、矿浆深度均增加时最显著。
A large number of tests were conducted on 127.5 m ~ 3 WEMCO Smart CELL ~ TM flotation machines to determine their performance and energy consumption. Accurate power measurement using integrated average power meter, read out all the three-phase power supply voltage and current values. Multiple variance and covariance analysis showed that rotor speed was the most important factor in determining power consumption and had little effect on ore pulp concentration. In most cases, increasing the depth of the slurry in the flotation cell can result in a small increase in power consumption. This effect is most pronounced when the rotor-to-conduit depth of engagement, the flotation cell aeration, and the depth of the slurry increase.
