分析了电火花磨削特性及伺服控制基本原理 ,研制了旋转电火花加工机床伺服控制系统 ,解决了电火花磨削过程中的自动调节进给问题 ,避免了短路和拉弧现象 ,提高了电火花加工效率。
The characteristics of EDM grinding and the basic principle of servo control were analyzed. The servo control system of rotary EDM machine tool was developed to solve the problem of automatic feed adjustment in EDM grinding process, avoiding short circuit and arcing, Spark processing efficiency.
