人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在宫颈癌组织中是否整合,各家报道不一。多数研究证实良性病变中的HPV以游离状态存在,而恶性病变中的HPV DNA则已与宿主细胞基因整合。本实验从HPV 16杂交阳性病例中随机抽取5例标本。应用四种方法研究HPV 16在宫颈癌组织中的整合状态,旨在阐述HPV的致癌机理提供实验依据. Human papillomavirus (HPV) in cervical cancer is integrated, various reports vary. Most studies confirm that HPV is present in free state in benign lesions, while HPV DNA in malignant lesions has been genetically integrated with host cells. This experiment from HPV16 hybridization positive cases randomly selected five specimens. Four methods were used to study the integration status of HPV16 in cervical cancer tissues. The purpose of this study is to provide experimental evidence for the carcinogenic mechanism of HPV.
