目的:观察高原环境对驻训官兵急性结膜炎发病情况的影响。方法:选择官兵3500例,其中高原野营驻训官兵组2500例,沿海驻地留守官兵组1000例。所有入组官兵均在相同医疗保障条件下,按照相同的训练计划组织施训。比较两组受紫外线辐射强度、时长,以及急性结膜炎发病情况。结果:高原野营驻训官兵组受紫外线辐射强度指数非常显著高于沿海驻地留守官兵组(P<0.01),受紫外线辐射时长显著长于沿海驻地留守官兵组(P<0.05),急性结膜炎发病率非常显著高于沿海驻地留守官兵组(P<0.01)。所有罹患急性结膜炎官兵均散发于各个单位,未发现其周围官兵有类似疫情传播、暴发情况。结论:高原野营驻训官兵受紫外线辐射强度较高且持续时间较长,容易发生急性结膜炎,应加强对其野营驻训时的紫外线防护。
Objective: To observe the influence of plateau environment on the incidence of acute conjunctivitis in military training stationed by trained soldiers. Methods: 3,500 officers and soldiers were selected, of which 2,500 officers and soldiers stationed in the plateau camps and 1,000 officers and soldiers left behind in the coastal areas. All the officers and men enrolled in the training under the same medical insurance conditions, according to the same training program. Compare the two groups by the intensity of ultraviolet radiation, duration, and the incidence of acute conjunctivitis. Results: The intensity of ultraviolet radiation intensity index of officers and soldiers stationed in the plateau camp was significantly higher than that of the officers and soldiers stationed in the coastal station (P <0.01). The duration of exposure to UV radiation was significantly longer than that of officers and soldiers stationed in the coastal station (P <0.05). The incidence of acute conjunctivitis It was significantly higher than that of the officers and soldiers stationed in the coast station (P <0.01). All the officers and men with acute conjunctivitis were distributed in various units and no similar epidemic situation and outbreak of the epidemic were found. Conclusion: The officers and soldiers stationed in the plateau are more likely to have acute conjunctivitis due to the higher intensity and longer duration of UV radiation. Therefore, UV protection should be strengthened when camping in the plateau.
