2 0 0 3年春天 ,一种后来被称作“严重急性呼吸综合症”(SARS)的传染病突如其来 ,全中国乃至全人类都被震惊了。由于党和政府的果断决策、医护人员的舍身忘我和全社会的通力合作 ,抗击SARS的战役已经取得了阶段性胜利。与此同时 ,社会各界包括人文社会领域展开了对于生命、伦理、环境、科技等方方面面的广泛思考 ,普遍认为 ,SARS对人们的挑战不仅在技术和社会层面 ,同时也在道德和伦理层面。本期以“关注我们这个时代的哲学 :SARS的哲学警思”为题 ,邀请郝永平、刘精明、杨通进、段伟文、张羽佳、张立波等博士发表各自的观点。郝永平博士从哲学的视角对危机的内涵、特征及现代走向等问题进行探究与追问 ,以强化人们的危机意识。刘精明博士从对社会突发的危情事件处理入手 ,探讨了生活世界的逻辑和科学技术世界中的逻辑两者之间的平衡与策略性的优先时序问题。杨通进博士评述了环境伦理学就保护动物提供的四种由弱渐强的伦理理据 ,并就具体的实践问题提出了建设性意见。段伟文博士提出 ,为了应对当代社会的“非典型风险”或“非典型变局” ,需要具有前瞻性和动态适应性的公共政策 ,而这更进一步呼唤一种“责任的公共政策哲学”。张羽佳博士把理论探索与典型分析结合起来 ,着重思考了这样一个问题 :在一个
In the spring of 2003, an infectious disease later referred to as “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome” (SARS) suddenly came and all of China and all mankind were shocked. Due to the decisive decision of the party and the government, self-sacrificing self-care workers and the concerted efforts of the whole society, the campaign against SARS has achieved a phased victory. In the meantime, people from all walks of life, including the humanities and social sectors, have widely considered various aspects of life, ethics, environment and science and technology. It is generally agreed that the SARS challenge to people is not only at the technical and social but also ethical and ethical levels. In this issue entitled “Paying Attention to the Philosophy of Our Times: Philosophy of SARS”, Dr. Hao Yongping, Liu Jingming, Yang Tongjin, Duan Wewen, Zhang Yujia and Zhang Libo are invited to express their views. Dr. Hao Yongping explores and pursues issues such as the connotation, characteristics and modern trends of crises from a philosophical perspective so as to strengthen people’s sense of crisis. Dr. Liu Jingming started with the handling of crises in social emergencies and explored the balance between the logic in the life world and the logic in the world of science and technology and the strategic prioritization issue. Dr. Yang Tongjin reviewed the four weak ethics provided by environmental ethics for the protection of animals and put forward constructive suggestions on specific practical issues. Dr. Duan Weiwen proposed that in order to cope with the “atypical risk” or “atypical changes” in contemporary society, it requires a forward-looking and dynamically adaptable public policy, which further calls for a “philosophy of public policy of responsibility.” Dr. Zhang Yujia combines theoretical exploration with typical analysis, focusing on such a question: in a
