本试验对豇豆24个基因型的12个数量性状的遗传力(h_B~2)、遗传变异系数(GCV)和遗传进度(GS)、遗传相关、鲜荚产量的选择指数以及鲜荚产量和蛋白质含量的通径分析等进行了研究。单株鲜荚产量、干物质产量和蛋白质产量的h~2低、GCV大,其GS较大。蛋白质含量的h~2最低、GCV最小,故其GS也最小。单株三种产量间呈显著正相关。蛋白质含量仅与叶片宽度呈显著相关。虽然三个产量构成因素与鲜荚产量密切相关,但其构成的选择指数的效果并不比直接选择优越。通过通径分析究其原因,是产量构成因素间存在较大的负向间接效应。蛋白质含量与叶片宽度、干物质产量和鲜荚产量的构成因素等的通径分析显示,可能干物质产量对蛋白质含量是一个重要因素。
In this study, the inheritance (h_B ~ 2), genetic variation coefficient (GCV) and genetic progress (GS) of 12 quantitative characters of 24 genotypes of cowpea, genetic correlation, selection index of fresh pod yield and fresh pod yield and protein Content of path analysis and other research. Path analysis through the study of its causes, there is a large negative indirect effect between production factors. Path analysis of protein content and leaf width, dry matter yield and components of fresh pod yield showed that it is possible that dry matter yield is an important factor for protein content.
