研制了堆石料风化试验仪,能够实现干湿循环、冷热循环和应力三因素耦合的试验研究。该设备采用功能模块组合结构设计理念,包括竖向加载系统、水平加载系统、干湿循环控制系统、冷热循环控制系统和数据采集系统。采用了内外兼顾的温控设计思路,不仅可以使试样快速实现温度的变化,且能为试样提供均匀的温度场。利用该设备对典型堆石料进行了干湿循环、温度变化和应力三因素耦合的试验研究。结果表明,该设备能较好的实现干湿、冷热和应力的综合控制,湿冷干热-耦合循环作用对受荷堆石料引起了明显的劣化变形。
Development of rockfill Weathering Tester, to wet-dry cycle, thermal cycling and stress three-factor coupling experimental study. The device adopts the design concept of functional modular composite structure, including vertical loading system, horizontal loading system, wet-dry cycle control system, hot and cold cycle control system and data acquisition system. Using both internal and external temperature control design ideas, not only can make the sample quickly changes in temperature, and for the sample to provide a uniform temperature field. The device is used to test the typical rockfill materials for the wet-dry cycle, temperature change and stress three-factor coupling. The results show that the device can achieve a comprehensive control of wet and dry, hot and cold, and stress, wet-dry, dry-heat cycle coupled with the load caused a significant deterioration of deformation.
