正确的摆臂技术对于提高中长跑水平有积极的作用,同时影响到身体获得向前的水平速度及身体的协调能力。在常规训练中,摆臂技术往往被教练员所忽视,从而抑制了运动员水平提高的速度与幅度,而且现代中长跑技战术重视摆臂技术,正确的摆臂技术有利于成绩的提高。
The correct swing arm technique has a positive effect on improving the level of middle and long distance runners, and at the same time it affects the body’s forward horizontal speed and body coordination. In routine training, the arm swinging technique is often neglected by the trainer, which restrains the speed and amplitude of the athlete’s level increase.
