目的 为治疗眼底病新的给药途径拟用眼动脉终末支逆行插管导入药物提供解剖学基础。方法 对眼动脉终末支进行解剖学观测。结果 阐明了眼动脉分支类型,对手术切口、动脉支的选择及插管深度等问题作了讨论。结论 提出了采用眼动脉终末支逆行插管治疗眼底病的可行性。
The purpose of the new route of administration for the treatment of ocular fundus disease is intended to reverse the intubation of ophthalmic arterial catheterization to provide drugs to provide anatomical basis. Methods Anatomic observation of the terminal branch of ophthalmic artery. Results The types of branches of the ophthalmic artery were clarified. The issues of surgical incision, choice of arterial branch and intubation depth were discussed. Conclusions The feasibility of using ocular arterial end-terminal retrograde intubation in the treatment of ocular fundus disease was proposed.
