由南京航空学院研制成功的“单片机控制异步电动机变频调速器”,以其技术先进、功能完善、性能稳定而倍受用户欢迎,最近被航空航天工业部列为重点推广项目。 这种调速器的功用是把380V50Hz的交流电经整流变成直流后,再经逆变器变成频率为3~100Hz的三相交流电,供给三相异步电动机以实现调速的目的。它采用单片机来完成波形发生、控制、电压反馈、显示及部分保护功能。由于单片机功能强、反应速度快、使用灵活,故只需编制及更改程序,就可方便地实现及扩展其各项功能。这种调速器的主要优点有:(1)节能,比目前广泛使用的滑差离合器调
Developed by Nanjing Aeronautical Institute of the “single-chip asynchronous motor inverter control speed,” its advanced technology, functional, stable performance and much welcomed by users, the recent Aerospace Industry Ministry as a key promotion project. The function of this governor is to 380V50Hz AC by the rectifier into a DC, then the inverter into a frequency of 3 ~ 100Hz three-phase AC, three-phase asynchronous motor supply to achieve the purpose of speed. It uses a single-chip microcomputer to complete the waveform generation, control, voltage feedback, display and partial protection. Because of the strong function of the one-chip computer, the reaction speed is quick, the use is flexible, so just need to compile and change the procedure, can realize and expand its various functions conveniently.
