我国作为世界上受荒漠化危害最为严重的国家之一 ,荒漠化的发生和发展早已成为制约我国广大荒漠化地区特别是西北地区人口、资源与环境以及社会和经济可持续发展的重要原因之一 ,也是目前实施西部大开发战略面临的“瓶颈”问题。文章在分析荒漠化危害、发生和发展原因 ,以及我国在荒漠化问题上取得的成果经验和存在问题的基础上 ,提出了新形势下荒漠化防治的总体原则、技术对策和政策建议 As one of the most seriously affected countries in the world, the emergence and development of desertification in our country, as one of the important reasons that constrain the population, resources and environment, as well as the social and economic sustainable development in the vast desertification areas in our country, especially in the northwest region, The “Bottleneck” Problem in Carrying out the Strategy of Developing the West Regions.
