领导干部选拔任用制度的改革与探索——兵团面向全疆公开选拔副局级领导干部

去年10月,兵团党委决定在兵团机关8个部门中的10名副局级领导职位面向全疆公开选拔。经过公开报名,笔试、面试、考察和决定任用几个阶段,现已圆满结束。新选拔任用的6名副局级领导干部,将经过培训后走上领导岗位。这次公开选拔副局级领导干部,认真贯彻公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则,采用考试和考核相结合的方法,按照德才兼备的标准择优任用领导干部。凡符合选拔条件者均可以报名,经资格审查后参加竞争考试。这次公选原计划选拔10名,其中4个职位因报名考试人数未达到规定的比例等特殊情况没有选拔。这次选拔报名者96人,经资格审查符合条件者87人,62人参加了笔试,24人参加了面试,16人确定为考察人选,任用6人。这次公开选拔任用的6名副局级领导干部,从考察的情况看,首先是政治素质较高,组织能力较 In October last year, the Corps party committee decided to openly select 10 deputy director-level posts in eight departments of the Corps organ for Xinjiang.
