研究了聚己内酯的甲醇解聚反应条件,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对解聚产物定性分析,采用气相色谱仪对解聚产物定量分析.结果表明,聚己内酯在常压下解聚,在甲醇:聚己内酯:自制催化剂质量比80:10:0.18、反应温度313 K、反应时间2 h的条件下,聚己内酯解聚率达97.11%,解聚产物主要为ε-己内酯和6-羟基己酸甲酯的混合物.
The conditions of methanol depolymerization of polycaprolactone were studied, the qualitative analysis of the depolymerization product was carried out by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the depolymerization product was quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography.The results showed that under the normal pressure Depolymerization.
