在孕育设计明星的诸多条件中,合伙人制从公司内部机制上促进明星的产生。本文对合伙人制的意义、形成条件和历史渊源,进行了初步的探讨。中国设计界开始呼唤合伙人制,但是,要想实行真正意义上的合伙人制,以契约为基础的商业伦理和鼓励精神创造的文化传统是不可或缺的。
Among the many conditions that nurture design stars, the partner system promotes the generation of stars from within the company’s internal mechanisms. This article discusses the significance, formation conditions and historical origin of the partner system. The design community in China began to call for a partnership, but a contract-based business ethic and a cultural tradition that encourages spiritual creativity are indispensable in order to implement a true partnership.
