The commonly used calculation method of shaft strength is the safety factor verification method, which includes both the permanent strength check and the static strength check. For generally not important shaft, sometimes according to allowable bending stress calculation method for estimating [1]. At present, the permissible bending stress calculation method is flawed, and reference [5] puts forward some suggestions on the parameter selection. However, the calculation formula and calculation procedure of the safety factor checking method are too complicated. The literature [2] has discussed the simplified calculation method of the permanent strength check. In this paper, the calculation of safety factor calibration method, including the durability of strength checks and
