目的:探讨心肌酶在儿童先天性心脏病患者手术前后临床变化.方法:选择46例儿童先天性心脏病患者手术前一天与手术后第一天,分别对血清中的心肌酶即血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)检测,并对结果进行组间比较.结果:儿童先天性心脏病患者术后第一天心肌酶水平均显著高于术前第一天的心肌酶水平,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).心肌酶的变化与年龄、性别差异没有显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:心肌酶对儿童先天性心脏病患者手术对心肌损伤的严重程度有重要的监测与评估作用,提示我们临床关注心肌酶的变化,及时采取诊疗措施,提高患者的生存质量.","Objective Clinical changes of myocardial enzymes before and after operation in children with congenital heart disease. Methods In 46 cases a day before surgery in children with congenital heart disease after surgery and the first day of serum myocardial enzyme in serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (alpha -HBDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) detection, and compared the results. Results The myocardial enzyme level of children with congenital heart disease on the first day after operation was significantly higher than that of the first day before operation, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the changes of myocardial enzymes and age and sex (P<0.05).Condusion Myocardial enzymes play an important role in monitoring and evaluating the severity of myocardial injury in children with congenital heart disease, suggesting that we should pay attention to the changes of myocardial enzymes and take timely diagnosis and treatment measures to improve the quality of life of patients.
