本文报道1982～1987年20例恶性滋养细胞瘤患者,单纯应用氨甲喋呤+更生霉素短程化疗(5d)的近期疗效及随访结果,20例患者均获得完全缓解。随访19例,3年治愈率达100％,除6例采取避孕措施外,余13例化疗后均有正常孕产史,所产16个婴儿未见畸形,发育和智力均正常。此方案药源充分、方法简单、疗效好,化疗毒性反应韵发生率及程度均低于常规疗法。 This article reports 20 patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor from 1982 to 1987, the simple effect of methotrexate + dactinomycin short-course chemotherapy (5d) in the short term efficacy and follow-up results, 20 patients were completely relieved. All the patients were followed up for 19 years. The cure rate was 100% after 3 years. Except for 6 cases of contraception, all the 13 cases had normal pregnancy history after chemotherapy, and no abnormalities were found in 16 infants. The development and intelligence were normal. This program full of drug sources, the method is simple, good effect, the incidence and extent of chemotherapy toxicity rhyme are lower than the conventional therapy.
