2001年,在河北省财政厅党组的领导和高度重视下,全省推行财政集中支付制度工作进展良好,进入了发展的快车道。省级支付中心边组建边建立健全制度办法,同时加大对市县改革的指导力度,在围绕机构内部制度建设、谋划省级集中支付改革、深化和完善工资银行发放、规范和指导市县改革等方面取得了显著成绩。我们的主要做法如下:
