目的:通过观察玉郎伞水提物对大鼠胸主动脉条收缩的影响研究其降压机制。方法:制备大鼠胸主动脉螺旋条,观察玉郎伞对去甲肾上腺素(NE)、氯化钾(KCl)和氯化钙(Ca Cl2)引起的主动脉条收缩的影响。结果:玉郎伞水提物6g生药/L、12g生药/L可使NE、KCl和Ca Cl2引起的大鼠胸主动脉条量-效收缩曲线右移,最大效应降低。其效应与维拉帕米相似,可选择性地阻断电压依赖性钙通道,而对受体控制性钙通道无影响。结论:玉郎伞的降压机制可能与其钙通道阻滞作用有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antihypertensive mechanism by observing the effects of aqueous extract of Yulangsan on the contraction of thoracic aortic strips in rats. Methods: Thoracic aortic spiral strips were prepared and the effects of Yulangsan on contraction of aortic strips caused by norepinephrine (NE), potassium chloride (KCl) and calcium chloride (CaCl2) were observed. Results: 6g crude drug / L and 12g crude drug / L of Ylangangsan water extract could shift the volume-effect contraction curve of thoracic aorta induced by NE, KCl and CaCl2 to the right, with the maximum effect decreasing. Its effect is similar to that of verapamil, which selectively blocks voltage-dependent calcium channels and has no effect on receptor-controlled calcium channels. Conclusion: The mechanism of Ylang Lang’s antihypertensive effect may be related to its calcium channel blockade.
