The lead, zinc porphyrin levels, behavioral function, and monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in docked lead workers were investigated. The results showed that the average levels of blood lead and zinc porphyrin were 3.40μmol / L and 4.7μmol / L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group. The contents of HVA and E in urine were significantly higher In the control group, the worker’s behavioral function was affected to some extent, which was reflected in the following aspects: simple response, hand movement, digital decoding, visual retention time, target tracking and emotional status changes. The results suggest that the combination of neurobehavioral core testing and the detection of urinary epinephrine, dopamine and their metabolites homovanillic acid and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid may contribute to the early detection of lead damage to the nervous system and to exploration The Biological Basis of Lead-induced Behavior Changes.
