本文报道用差示分光光度法测定异烟肼(Ⅰ)及其制剂中的降解产物(致癌物及肝细胞毒物)——肼的含量。本法准确、灵敏、专一和快速。肼在盐酸溶液中与4-二甲胺基苯甲醛(Ⅱ)反应生成4-二甲胺基苄叉吖嗪衍生物(Ⅲ),其λmax为456nm;而在含丙酮的溶液中,反应生成无色二甲基甲酮连氮,使该溶液的A_(456)与盐酸溶液有一差值,等量肼(0~0.22μg·ml~(-1))的两溶液之Δ~456与肼的浓度呈线性关系。Ⅰ与Ⅱ也起反应生成
