目的　检测孔源性视网膜脱离患者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群 ,了解 RRD患者机体细胞免疫平衡状态。方法　使用单克隆抗体的碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶法 (APAAP)检查5 8例 RRD患者和 30例正常人外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群 ,并作对照分析。结果　 RRD组的CD3、CD4细胞的百分数和 CD4/CD8的比值均比对照组低 ,差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD8细胞数与对照组无差别。结论　 RRD患者机体的免疫调节功能发生紊乱。 Objective To detect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and to understand the cellular immune balance in patients with RRD. Methods Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of 58 patients with RRD and 30 normal controls were detected by alkaline phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) assay. Results The percentage of CD3, CD4 cells and the ratio of CD4 / CD8 in RRD group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The number of CD8 cells in control group was not different from that in control group. Conclusion The immune function of RRD patients is disturbed.
