新课程改革符合时代的特征,现在已进入用80后教师的思维模式来教90后学生的时代。张扬、表现、开放、思维敏锐、好奇、喜欢探索,同时对事执著,这些是年轻教师与学生的共性。时代的社会环境给了师生这样的性格,所以,过去的老师一人滔滔不绝的讲学生默默地听,沉默的课堂,由教师一个人掌控的课堂已经不可能适应现在的老师和学生。我们需要的是自主学习、互相合作、共同探究,从思维到氛围都比较活跃的课堂,允许学生发言、表现甚至是提出质疑的比较民主的课堂。
The reform of the new curriculum accords with the characteristics of the times and now it has entered the era of post-90s students with the post-1980 teachers’ mode of thinking. Publicity, performance, openness, keen thinking, curiosity, like to explore, while the dedication, these are common young teachers and students. What we need are classrooms that we learn autonomously, cooperate with each other, explore together, and work in a more thoughtful and dynamic atmosphere, allowing students to speak and to behave in even more challenging classrooms.
