高校的办学理念要按照“三个代表”的要求实现现代化转变。这种转变应该表现在以下三个方面:确立产业意识,发展第一生产力;加强人文教育,参与文化竞争;确立师生的主人翁地位,强化领导的公仆意识。
The idea of running a school in colleges and universities must be modernized in accordance with the requirements of “three represents.” This transformation should be manifested in the following three aspects: establishing industrial awareness and developing primary productive forces; strengthening humanistic education and participating in cultural competition; establishing the masters and students’ status as masters and students and strengthening the awareness of leading public servants.
