当今成本管理的首要任务是打破传统成本管理的局限性,扩大成本管理范畴,由单纯对制造成本的管理向前扩展到对设计成本、工艺选择成本的管理,向后扩展到对市场成本的管理。而成本控制是成本管理活动永恒的主题,成本控制要求全员参与全方位控制,充分发挥人才的作用进行成本管理创新。
