本文报道了国内首次进行的石鲽鱼人工繁殖试验,于繁殖期捕获的成熟亲鱼可在池中自然产卵,并且其人工授精卵的受精率和孵化率也高于激素促熟亲鱼所产之卵。注射HCG和LRH—A对亲鱼的性腺发育有明显的促熟作用,而促熟效果的优劣主要取决于亲鱼的发育程度。石鲽鱼的精子离体10分钟后完全丧失了使卵子正常受精和孵化的能力,而卵子离体70分钟后仍可以有29.8%和38.2%的受精率和孵化率。
In this paper, we report the first artificial propagation experiment of Chinese stone mullet in the country. The mature brood caught in the breeding period can naturally lay eggs in the pond, and the fertilization rate and hatching rate of the artificial insemination eggs are also higher than those produced by the hormone-boosting broodstock egg. Injection of HCG and LRH-A on the broodstock gonadal development significantly maturation, and the pros and cons of maturity effect depends mainly on the degree of broodstock development. After 10 minutes in vitro, the sperm from the catfish completely lost the ability to properly fertilize and hatch the eggs, while the fertilized eggs still had 29.8% and 38.2% fertilization rate and hatching rate after 70 minutes in vitro.
