关于中国人先天性膈疝的报告,国内已有不少报导,其中临床报导的较多,解剖学详细记载的较少。根据Saltztein氏的统计,680例膈疝中,先天性膈缺如的只占2%;因而为较少的畸形。为了累积国人的解剖学资料,我们将所观察到均一例先天性左侧膈缺如所致的膈疝报导如下: 新生儿,男性,体重2800克,身长50cm,胸围34.5cm。由于左侧膈完全缺如,腹腔中大部分的器官进入到左侧胸腔中(图1)。其中有胃,空肠的远侧段,回肠,盲肠及阑尾,升结肠,横结肠,降结肠的近侧段,脾,胰,肝的左叶及尾状叶等。腹腔中有肝右叶、方叶,十二指肠及空肠起始部,降结肠远侧段,乙状结肠及直肠。由于大量的腹腔脏器进入胸腔左侧,妨碍了左肺的发育,左肺萎缩不张,呈弯曲的长条形,可
Report on the Chinese congenital diaphragmatic hernia, there are many domestic reports, of which more clinical reports, anatomical detailed records of less.
