采用多道生理记录仪直接描记法测定的 STI 作为对照,用 CPA-2系统对31例病人(自身对照)进行 STI 值的测定,以评价 CPA-2系统这一新的无创性心功能检测方法.结果显示两者所测得的 HR、Q-S_2、LVET、PEP 及 PEP/LVET均具有显著性正相关(P<0.01).说明 CPA-2系统可以替代多道生理记录仪测定 STI.
STI was measured in 31 patients (self-control) by the CPA-2 system using the STI measured by direct tracing method of multi-channel physiological recorder to evaluate the new noninvasive cardiac function test method of CPA-2 system The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between HR, Q-S 2, LVET, PEP and PEP / LVET measured by the two methods (P <0.01), indicating that the CPA-2 system can replace STI with multi-channel physiology recorder.
