企业是社会系统的有机组成部分,是国民经济的细胞,是市场经济的主体,是社会财富的创造者,是社会进步的推动者,对于整个国家的经济社会发展起着至关重要的作用,因此企业承担社会责任是义不容辞的义务。本文从企业社会责任的内涵、研究背景、履行社会责任的必要性及企业社会责任信息披露四个方面对企业社会责任进行阐述,以对后续研究提供帮助。
Business is an integral part of the social system. It is the cell of the national economy, the main body of the market economy, the creator of social wealth and the promoter of social progress. It plays a crucial role in the economic and social development of the entire country. Therefore, corporate social responsibility is an obligatory obligation. This article elaborates corporate social responsibility from the four aspects of the connotation of corporate social responsibility, research background, the necessity of fulfilling social responsibility and corporate social responsibility information disclosure, in order to provide help for the follow-up study.
