测量毛细血管密度,并不能正确反映组织的血管容量分布,文内采用作者在Elias毛细血管体积密度概念的基础上,研究的一种单位体积组织中毛细血管容积(比容积)测量法。采用30例(60侧)6个月胎儿至6岁儿童新鲜尸体大脑,用碱性磷酸酶(AKP)染色,在光镜下观察毛细血管分布,显微放大照相,自动彩扩机扩印照片,游标卡尺测量并计算海马皮质毛细血管“比容积”。结果表明,四个年龄组的左右侧毛细血管比容积,均无明显差异(P>0.05),海马皮质三个区域之间的毛细血管比容积,有明显差异(0.01<PM0.05),CA1区和下托区>CA4区和齿状回>CA2和CA3区。比较各区域海马皮质的三层机构毛细血管比容积,也有明显差异(0.01<P<0.05),多形细胞层>分子层>锥体细胞层或颗粒层。海马皮质厚度和毛细血管比容积,均随年龄增大而增加。
Measurement of capillary density does not accurately reflect the distribution of vascular capacity in the tissue.
