最新一版厦门市城市总体规划从90年代初开始编制,历经近十年,终于新千年到来之际,由国务院批准通过。中国城市规划设计研究院~1也因此完成了我国所有经济特区总体规划编制的历史任务。为此本刊记者约请厦门市城市总体规划项目主要负责人、中国城市规划设计研究院城市规划与历史名城研究所所长赵燕菁介绍了本次规划的主要特点。 The latest edition of Xiamen’s urban master plan was compiled from the early 1990’s. After nearly a decade, and finally approaching the new millennium, it was approved by the State Council. China Urban Planning and Design Institute ~ 1 has thus completed the historical mission of the overall planning of all our special economic zones. To this end correspondents invited Xiamen City Master Plan Project Leader, China Urban Planning and Design Institute of Urban Planning and Historical Institute of the city Zhao Yan introduced the main features of this plan.
