在分析钢桥面铺装裂缝特点及填封养护现状的基础上,参考国内外裂缝密封材料相关标准,建立了钢桥面铺装裂缝填封材料性能评价指标体系,该体系包括填缝材料的工作性能与力学性能的评价指标与方法;结合既有研究成果与相关规范的要求,提出了钢桥面铺装裂缝填封材料的技术要求;在此基础上,研究开发了一种低黏度常温快速固化环氧树脂密封胶,并对环氧树脂密封胶的性能进行了测试与分析,结果表明该材料较传统的热灌式沥青填缝材料具有明显的性能优势,满足钢桥面铺装裂缝填封使用要求。
