目的分析3C全程优质护理服务在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年10月至2016年9月实施3C护理服务的消毒手术器械15000件(实验组),另收集2014年10月至2015年9月未实施3C护理服务的消毒手术器械15000件(常规组),对比两组护理服务方式的护理满意度。结果实验组与常规组的护理满意度分别为97.81%与81.01%,比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论将3C护理服务应用于消毒供应医疗器械中的护理效果显著,可明显提高护理满意度,值得应用推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of 3C high quality nursing service in the management of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center. Methods 15000 sterile surgical instruments (experimental group) with 3C nursing services in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were selected and 15000 sterile surgical instruments without 3C nursing services were collected from October 2014 to September 2015 (Routine group), compared with two groups of nursing care satisfaction. Results The nursing satisfaction of experimental group and conventional group were 97.81% and 81.01%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions The nursing effect of applying 3C nursing service to the disinfection and supplying medical devices is remarkable, which can obviously improve the nursing satisfaction and is worthy of promotion.
