1例68岁前列腺增生患者因行前列腺电切术后预防感染,给予头孢米诺钠3.0 g+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml,2次/d静脉滴注;阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾1.8 g+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml,2次/d静脉滴注。连用5 d。第6天,静脉滴注头孢米诺钠约10 ml后,患者突然出现头晕、恶心、胸闷、大汗淋漓、脉搏细速、血压测不出。立即停止输液,给予吸氧、皮下注射肾上腺素、静脉推注地塞米松、静脉滴注多巴胺等治疗。但患者病情加重,意识丧失,呈深昏迷状态,无自主呼吸。最终,患者经抢救无效死亡。
