生鲜超市作为传统农贸市场与现代连锁卖场的衍生物,既具备了超市现代的管理方式又具有生鲜消费的广阔市场,必将会有长足的发展。生鲜超市在规模及货品种类上与大型超市有一定差距,但由于价格低廉,位置便利而深受市民喜爱。对于生鲜商品人们注重的是商品的新鲜、安全与购物的便利,因此连锁生鲜超市只有形成自己的经营特色,满足周边居民需求,才能在市场激烈竞争中,避重就轻,从而羸得自身发展空间。本文以家家乐公司为例对生鲜超市的经营策略谈些看法:
