目的:观查黄栌复方提取液对犬体外全血凝血时间、体外已成型血栓及已成型同质量血栓溶解率的影响。方法:以pH=7.4的生理盐水为阴性对照,分别以肝素纳和尿激酶为阳性对照,对黄栌复方进行犬体外抗凝血和溶栓试验。测定凝血时间、血栓质量和血栓溶解率、用瑞氏染色法观察红细胞的数量和形态。结果:黄栌复方提取液对全血凝血时间影响实验结果显示,与对照组比较,黄栌复方提取液1.0、0.5g/L显著延长全血凝血时间(P<0.05或P<0.01);黄栌复方对已成型血栓的影响实验结果显示,与对照组比较,黄栌复方提取液1.0、0.5、0.25g/L有明显的溶栓作用(P<0.01);黄栌复方提取液对血栓溶解率实验结果表明,与对照组比较,黄栌复方提取液2.0、1.0、0.5g/L有明显的溶栓作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黄栌复方提取液具有体外抗凝血和溶栓作用
Objective: To observe the effects of compound extract of Huangpi on whole blood clotting time in vitro, thrombus formation in vitro and thrombolysis rate of formed thrombus. Methods: Physiological saline with pH value of 7.4 was taken as negative control. Heparin sodium and urokinase were used as positive control respectively. Clotting time, thrombus quality and thrombolytic rate were measured. The number and morphology of erythrocytes were observed by Wright staining.
