Since the publication of the draft constitution of the People’s Republic of Poland on January 27, it has been the subject of nationwide discussions. As of March 10, over half a million workers, peasants, and intellectuals made their comments within the sixty-four weeks at the 74,000 rally held throughout the Republic.
