1 基本情况 永靖县全县有县属医疗卫生单位24所,乡镇卫生院18所,职工医院5所,卫生所(室)151家,个体诊所93家,村级卫生机构覆盖率91.3％。全县卫生专业技术人员835人,病床519张,每千人口卫生技术人员4.2人、床位数2.6张。县医院平均门诊医药费用47元/人次。其中药费占36％;住院病人平均医药费用1095元/人次,其中药费占64.8％,检查治疗费(含手术费)占35.2％。县乡医疗机构资产总值约1 000万元;村卫生所(室)及个体诊所资产约600万元;5所职工医院资产1 608万元。
1 Basic situation There are 24 county-level medical and health units, 18 township hospitals, 5 staff hospitals, 151 health clinics (rooms) and 93 individual clinics in Yongjing county. The coverage rate of village-level health institutions is 91.3%. The county health professional and technical personnel 835 people, 519 beds, health workers per thousand population of 4.2 people, 2.6 beds. County Hospital, the average out-patient medical costs 47 yuan / person-time. Among them, 36% were medicine fees; the average medical expenses of inpatients was 1095 yuan / person, of which 64.8% were medicine fees, and 35.2% were for examination and treatment fees (including surgery fees). The total assets of medical institutions in counties and townships are about 10 million yuan; the assets of village clinics (offices) and individual clinics are about 6 million yuan; and the assets of 5 staff and workers hospitals are 16.08 million yuan.
